Arrived on time, good communication rang ahead to confirm arrival. Very happy with the work, I would definitely book again.

James was clearly very knowledgable and experienced and was honest about his findings. Sadly he was unable to test-drive the vehicle due to no oil, but I really appreciated his honesty and the fact that he turned up a day earlier than arranged was a great help. Unfortunately I'm sure he couldn’t say the same for the garage owners :)

Very punctual, helpful and friendly. Advised when certain replacements were uneccesary and any further work that might be needed. Very efficient in comparison to physically taking the car to the garage.

Really nice guy and was very thorough in the inspection.

Detailed but also pragmatic about the state of the vehicle relevant to its age. Pointed out key areas for concern along with rough prices to fix.

Also gave advice as to preventative maintenance to extend the life of the van. No complaints at all. Very impressed.
