Fantastic quick and full report after the inspection, gave me a good picture of the condition of the car

Dorset was helpful before hand arranging a suitable time for the visit. He phoned afterwards as well as sending the report. The seller said he was considerate. On the phone when he gave me the report he gave good thorough feedback on the vehicle in a friendly way.

James was great, very knowledgeable, clearly has much experience in the business. He was running late, however having been around town today in the torrential rain I'd be surprised if anyone managed to get anywhere on time, so I'm not marking down for that. He did communicate early to state he may be running late as well! Considering the work was due Monday and he fitted it in the Friday before, I can't have any complaints about not arriving at the stated time on Friday. Its a shame I didn't use your services when purchasing the pickup to give it a check over. After buying I was convinced the vehicle hadn't been serviced as the garage stated, and James confirmed that, as did the state of the oil. Knowing something he seller said had been done, in fact had not been done by them really doesnt fill one with confidence about what else could be wrong with the vehicle! James also pointed out other dangerous issues with the vehicle, and I will be taking his advice to request my money back on the vehicle (was only purchased 12 days ago so well within the 30 days). I would definitely use his services again, and would definitely recommend to others. Its really quite refreshing to have the work done at your own premises as you can witness the work actually being done, garages you rarely get to see anything, and can leave none the wiser as to whether anything has been done! James was punctual and polite. On inspection of job said that there was no requirement for the replacement of brake discs and pads, as indicated by MOT this January. Therefore would only fit if I insisted it should be done. This honesty both put my mind at rest as to the need for this change and was most reassuring as to this company`s standards.
