James was friendly, helpful and straight talking. I have never purchased a MINI before and he was very familiar with them, took relevant photos, ran the car through the diagnostics test and commented on a short test drive. He identified a couple of small cosmetic issues to be expected of a car of its age and I was pleased with his service. The call and report both arrived on the same day as his inspection.

Absolutely spot on! Turned up on time, even rung an hour before to advise when he would arrive! Give him a brew or two and was chatty throughout showing me what he’d found/changed during the service! Would highly recommend!
