Yes I was, I was about to buy a vehicle and thought it best it get a comprehensive report. Just as well i did as the report showed a lot of hidden issues that could not be seen on visual inspection. The mechanic was knowledgeable and friendly and provided a verbal summary of the issues once he had finish the assessment. Save me thousands of pounds and saved me making a horrendous mistake

Disappointed that I had booked for spark plugs as advised from previous mechanic and ended up paying for a coil. Also mechanic brought wrong spark plugs and has to come back again. I have paid for 2 diagnostics which isn't good.

Not only did he prove that the engine coolant circulation parts I thought needing changing were not required, he showed me where the most likely fault is & told me some of the best way to solve them. A totally honest and skilled mechanic. I will ask for James to come again in the future!
