Click mechanic booked us a time and date without checking they had a mechanic available, so had to wait another 3 days before anyone came out,most annoying as had already commited to the booking by having to give card details. Not mechanics fault though.

the only issue we have is we booked our transit in for a service as the low oil/service now light came on...we have had it serviced by you and the low oil/service is still active ..shouldnt this have gone if the oil has been changed and refilled ?
