James from ( Hicks Landrover ) did a pre purchase car check and test drive on a Hyundai Tucson. He arrived at the garage on time and called me just before inspection. He then called me after the inspection to tell me his verdict. I was very pleased with the service and he was very friendly and helpful too.

Talked on phone about car I am about to purchase and full report given peace of mind and reassurance when buying a vechicle would highly recommend.

James was really good. Very good communication and had every confidence he had run through a good check of the car. Would definitely use this service again. Great value for money.

I was told in three emails my car would be picked up between 10am and 12pm and it was picked up at 8.50am!! Also it would be dropped back at 4pm and it was gone 6pm!! The service book has not been stamped even thought it was on the seat so will have to get back to them for this.. rest of the work was fine though.

James, Their best mechanic that I have come across! Had him inspect two cars for me and his feedback was really detailed. He knew what he was talking about and did his home work before writing the report and calling me with the feedback.
