He was extremely knowledgeable - he diagnosed the problem BEFORE he used the diagnostic equipment! He then used said kit to make sure there were no further problems.
I was very impressed.
He also explained and demonstrated where the problem with my car actually lay in a very informed and friendly manner.

Tiago was Fantastic.
He was to carry out a full service on my 12 year old car and get a M.O.T carried out.
First of all Tiago turned up on time and the date they said he would be there. This was at my work place. I left him to carry out the work which was done.
As my car was old he pointed out a few things that may fail in the M.O.T.
I then asked him for his advice on what to do next in which he said let me take it to get it M.O.T ed first and see if it would get through as these things were only slight.
After about an hour he returned saying that it failed on 1 item. I then said can he be able to rectify this and get it re M. O.T ed which he said yes no problem but he would do it the next day.
The next day came and Tiago turned up on time again and completed all what he said and got my car M.O.T ed again as it was a free retest.
That was all completed in about 1 hr which was fantastic, no hassle or time of work for me.
I was not sure if i was doing the right thing using Clickmechanic but after this service and Tiago's great skills i would certainly use Clickmechanic again and have already recommended others to use as it is so convenient and if you are working all the time and have no time to go to a garage.
