Cant fault Tiago, in fact he saved me hundreds of £££ he arrived within the window, was polite and conscientious. He even quickly diagnosed a cheaper and quicker to fix fault.
Just waiting to hear if click mechanic will sort out the bill so i am not paying for too many labour hours.

Tiago solved the problem with the stuck window on my driver's door. It was a simple fix, but he was aware of other likely sources of the problem, so he knows his stuff. He also did some preventive maintenance on the other windows while he was here. Well done!

Tiago was great. He had to change the glow plugs in my Volkswagen and he used the best make on the market. Really knowledgeable and friendly. Very happy with the job he did. I highly recommend him.

Tiago was great, the parts supplier did not have the part available but he identified that it might not be needed anyway. When he arrived he quickly found a "no parts" solution to the problem so all I paid was the diagnostic call out charge. Very honest way to approach things. I would certainly trust him to come and work on my car again.

Tiago was very good - He was knowledgable and carried out some vital/ difficult repairs (front n/s CVJ gaiter and Macpherson strut - movement at upper attachment) as well as doing a full service /oil change and the rest. He explained the issues clearly and showed me the faulty parts which he had replaced and even backed this up with photos on his iphone.
