Tiago was very pleasant and knowledgable. He explained everything he was doing. I have been to several mechanics who have patched up bits on my van but never managed to solve the oil leak problem. Although more work was required than expected Tiago let me know what he was doing and I felt confident that he was doing a thorough job.

Tiago was great, speedy completion of job, even with the added complications that arose during the work.
Communication was good too, called through to inform me when he was going to be able to arrive.
Would recommend both clickmechanic and Tiago again without hesitation.

Sadly 4 visits 200gbp parts and still book lock does not work and stays locked Tiago offered to get specialist electrical diagnostic. I have decided to go to main dealer instead as it is sadly beyond him. I would like the diagnostic charge back please as it clearly did not work. Very nice guy.

He was helpful, answered my questions, spotted a seriously flat tire that we had not noticed (!), and did the work well.

Tiago was very informative and efficient. He had lots of advice and problem solving solutions for our very complicated car issue.

Tiago explained the reason for the cam belt being changed and showed me the area he would have to access in the engine. Also returned with the old cam belt which should have been replaced literally years ago.
