Tiago was brilliant and changed the window regulator on my Audi TT within an hour. This is something I'd been advised by a number of garages would take 3+ hours and cost a lot more than I was quoted with Click Mechanic. I wasn't home when Tiago carried the work out on my car although he called me to let me know what the issue was and left the old part so I could check this for myself. I am very happy with the work and would certainly use him again in the future.
