Arrived early because he was in the area but phoned to check if it was convenient first. Highly knowledgable and pointed out other potential problems without trying to do a hard sell to gain extra business. Seemed to just genuinely enjoy his job. Tiago was dead on time. He was very friendly and communicate well. He explained in detail what he was going to do and made some very sensible suggestions of what was needed to prevent future breakdowns. It was a pleasure to have him did the work.
