Very good and honest. Advised me I did not need my front pads replaced rather than just doing them anyway and getting paid.

Tiago was very professional and helpful. His inspection gave me confidence and I went ahead with the purchase. It was particularly good to be able to talk to him about the car on the phone after he had done his work, and brilliant to have the report (complete with photos) immediately after our conversation. Thoroughly happy to recommend Tiago to others.

I was hesitant using Click Mechanic until I read the positive reviews. Tiago was informative & told me what needed to be done etc. He called me when my front bulbs needed changing. Would prefer to use Click Mechanic than go to a garage any day. Will be using this service again next year when I need to get a full service & MOT.
