Excellent i am happy Tiago was very good at his work. He was very friendly and god at his work.

Tiago was clear, communicated efficiently, and did good work. I was entirely satisfied. He posted pictures of parts that needed to be replaced so we could see how they were worn.

My mechanic was friendly, however he wasn't knowledgeable about the 'smart' alternator on my car. His initial diagnosis upheld that provided me by the RAC mechanic when my car broke down that the alternator output was compromised by the battery, or visa versa, but that both the battery and alternator required replacement. As it turns out after replacing the alternator and observing there was still variable output from the alternator my mechanic found out that my car has a 'smart' alternator fitted which only outputs when and what is required, hence all I needed was a new battery which would have saved me £550.

Tiago was fantastic, arrived exactly on time and carried out a good quality service using brilliant parts. He identified an issue I had with an earth cable, suggested a fix and came back within a few days to sort with no fuss at all. Would highly recommend.

Very thorough mechanic, very helpful and offered a great report and advice over the phone. I will highly recommend and will use him again. I decided not to buy the car as this mechanic informed me that the driver side had been repaired and that the door handle moved, also air bags gone off! So luckily I didn't pay £13k for a 15 plate 2 series BMW - Moral of the story, if its too good to be true then end it there!
