Tiago was very good, and very honest. He turned up when he said he would, and worked efficiently.
Unfortunately one of my calipers had slightly corroded and could not be removed to replace the brake pads, so before giving it that extra bit of encouragement (which he advised could break it) he went away and got a replacement part just in case it did break when forcing the part off. Fortunately, the part came off, he cleaned it up and fixed it back into place with new brake pads.
Great guy - would highly recommend.
