Work carried out with no problems. Fault found during MoT resolved and retested within the day at reasonable price. Tiag called to explain the problem. Only issue was the length of time it took to get the car back once all the work was and keeping me up to date with what was causing the delays.

The mechanic was prompt in checking the car. However I need to chase ClickMechanic to get the mechanic to call me, to give me the verbal report. This is really not what I expected when I booked this inspection with you.

Very pleased with service. Collection on time. Sent me pictures of issues as opposed to just telling me so I could see for myself. Was able to quickly replace the relevant parts and do an MOT retest so I had my car back first thing next morning. Also sent the worn break discs and pads so I could look myself before taking them away to dispose of.
