He didn't turn up on the original date booked and then cancelled at very short notice on the re-arranged date. Eventually someone came to fix my car but it wasn't the guy it was supposed to be (Tiago), it was one of his assistants who was 2 hours late. The assistant was nice and seems to have done a decent job, but the constant messing around by Tiago means I would advise avoiding him wherever possible.

They arrived early an hour and a half late. However there onwards were wuick and efficient. The mechanic was nice and gave the necessary advisements

All staff were friendly and helpful, the work carried out was of high standard but it did take a long time to complete.

The experience wasn’t pleasant, mechanic “had to” reschedule just 1 hour before the appointment and on the new appointment turned up 2 hours late, Not good experience but in the end he job was done! Not sure if it actually balance the “not knowing” for the savings... something to think about .

Tiago is a good mechanic and would recommend him. He kept time and came when he said he would.
