My car passed its MOT and had a Full Service - there were no faults or problems.

It wasn’t communicated to me that one of Tiago’s assistants would be collecting my car so I was a bit worried and surprised to be giving my car to a stranger that I was unaware of.

Within an hour and half after the car was collected, I was told the car had passed its MOT and waiting spare parts for the Full Service, however, they didn’t return my car back to me until 6 hours later after it was picked up. I was told it would come back earlier but didn’t get it back till 6:15 - the car was collected at 12:15, the assistant didn’t arrive on time.

All work completed in 24 hours , Service , MOT , Break pads & Front suspension arm replacement.
Car collected and returned on time

Yes, knowledgeable. Looks and feels ok, but haven’t used the car much to really test it out.
Was friendly and efficient. Would recommend him without hesitation.
