I don't think I met my mechanic :( and I wasn't sure of the name of who picked up the car, however he was a friendly man and seemed to be in contact with the main mechanic throughout the time...

He picked up the car promptly and delivered it back promptly, though! - Service and brakes were done ! - I was also informed by this person of what else needed doing on the car, it was very impersonal, I think I would like to have met my mechanic personally as I had just bought the car and I had been informed by this same person that the clutch might be slipping etc, and it will cost 270 GBP and no further help was offered other than to fix it. Having a personal relationship with a mechanic would have meant more advice on how to go about getting my clutch fixed etc - The Car dealer has asked me to ask my mechanic (I feel I don't have one at this point) to remove the clutch and do some other things around the warranty which I am really confused about, however I feel as if I don't have a mechanic to ask for further support on this .... so I might need to seek out a mechanic personally for help with this, other than this I think they did well! Yes. Explained what he was doing and did it very quickly. Showed me the parts afterwards and what was happening so I understand for the future
