I thought Tiago was great overall, we have quite a large job with springs, shocks, engine mounts and door lock all to be replaced on an Audi A4. After driving the car for a few days since the work was completed can say everything seems great. Tiago went through everything with me, including the general state of the car when he returned the car and even washed it for me. The job did end up taking two days, which was unexpected, although we didn't need the car during this time. Will happy use him again.

Tiago was great - punctual, knowledgeable and polite. Car was returned later that day and he agreed to supply me with an interior light bulb too!! Most helpful!!!

A pleasant guy but unfortunately communication and punctuality not great. Arrived 1.5hr later than expected to collect the car even though I was in a rush to make sure I am home. Also the car was returned after midnight the next day. He told me the car would come back later in the evening next day but I never expected that tt would be so late. No reply to my call or messages to confirm the time of arrival. Only messaged back around 11pm. I would prefer to discuss the repair in person rather than just get the keys delivered through the letterbox. Job done though and no more noises coming from the brakes, so thanks for that.

Tiago did a great job with replacing the clutch in my car. Communication could be a little better but overall very pleased with the job, especially considering how much cheaper it was than other quotes I obtained for the same work.
