The repair and MOT were not delivered on time, with continual delays. The mechanic smoked in the car, the car had been driven 90 or so miles.

I am happy with the work Tiago has done. He identified that a brake servo replacement was not required, but that car needed front brake discs and pad and also identified a replacement thermostat was needed. A quote was provided and the work was carried out as requested. Also that he would continue to look into an error code on engine management warning light and advise me in the future. Car was returned in a timely manner on date agreed and explanations provided. Some of the comms might be improved during the process.

Great stuff - Tiago turned up when he said he would, did the job really quickly, reset the brake pad wear indicator and was gone. Very happy.

Happy with the work done. Experience some delays on the job due to wrong part brought initially plus the mechanic was quite late to his quoted times. I have another car to use therefore it has not affected me too much but it might have if I had only once car.

Tiago was able to investigate the reason for the engine manage system warning light being on and explain to me the error codes in a clear and precise manner. There was no actual issue that needed to resolved just a reset. He kept me informed of a delay in arrival time which we were able to work around.

I have asked him to provide an estimate for some further work on the car - brake servo replacement and this has been provided in a timely manner.
