I didn`t have Richard to do the work as arranged,I can`t remember the name of the person who did attend for the diagnostic. The diagnosis he gave was inconclusive and I`m really no better off now then before
However he did find that the suposed work carried out and paid for by Gary was not done.
This has made me regretably lose faith in your service and could not reccommend you to others.
