The Mechanic, Richard was very friendly and knowledgable, he was sadly unable to fix the vehicle as he discovered the problem was worse thabn I thought but I will be using Click Mechanic in the future and have already recommended them to several friends.

Richard was very late and I had to ring at the end of my time slot to be told he would still be another hour and a half. He misdiagnosed the problem and sent me a quote for work that was not needed. Thank goodness I took car to my garage who correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Richard now won't refund and I am pursuing through Clickmechanic and my credit card provider. Avoid!

No, fault came back a couple of hours after it was seen to by a ClickMechanic.

Richard was very efficient and solved our problem in a short space of time. He was also good at explaining what the issue was and how he had fixed it.

Richard did a great job with his team. Knew exactly what to do and how to do it, whole thing only took around half an hour and was kind enough to do a diagnostic check too.

Richard was very straight forward and friendly. He checked the things I had worried about and was clear and helpful when answering my questions. I would be very happy to ask him to return if I had any problems in the future. Thank you.
