Mechanic was friendly. Picked up and dropped off car. Full service included wiper fluid being refilled and this was not done so now i suspect there was more that was not done.

Hi it was topped up but mot was done after ther service so mot tester would have used water to check the wipers many thanks richard

Richard was running a little late (which wasn't a problem) but arrived exactly when he said he would.
Both my front brake pads were replaced at my door within 30 mins - in the rain!

I had Richard and it didn't start off too well. Wanted to check the car at 1900pm on a Thursday but the car was located at a garage who shut at 6 so he went Friday which was fair enough. He checked it over on the Friday and Everything on the check list had a nice green tick. Game on.
Picked the car up Saturday and driving it the 200+ miles home I found out the wipers didn't work (electrical fault) and it pulls to the left (balancing and tracking). Not major floors I know but still should have been picked up.
I've used Click Mechanic before and I've no issues with it. This was just a bit unfortunate.
Would still and have still recommended to others though.
