Work carried out efficiently and quickly. Clearly very knowledgeable. Polite and friendly service. I wish these guys were local to me, I’d give them all my work.

Andrew was great. Friendly, efficient and talked me through everything he had done on my car and showed me the parts as well. Couldn’t be happier. The only down side was the fact that I had been told a mechanic would be with me at 7:30am but didn’t arrive until 9:30 as he had to queue at Europarts who had issued the wrong parts and were conducting 1 in, 1 out due to COVID-19

Ronnie (Richards mechanic) was friendly, eager to please and had good knowledge of the Impreza being inspected. Shame about the confusion over the delivery address but all good other than that.

I scheduled an MOT and a full service but received no receipt so I am not even sure if the service was done. Can you look into this please? A copy of the receipt can be emailed to me.

Richard was very good , on time and very friendly mecanic....... he done good job to my car

Arrived on time, nice guy and brake pads replaced ok. But he was unable to connect the diagnostic tool to reset the dashboard warnings so unfortunately the job was incomplete. He did explain this to me and there was very little that could be done about it, but the fact is the job wasn’t finished per the spec.

Was very pleased with the work Ronnie did and he was punctual and very polite

The guys were late however they did keep me updated on their movements. However when they arrived they only fitted my battery and didn’t not have the complete work order to do my fan belt. He had to call to then order the fan belt and said he would be back today at 3pm to fit it. I have messaged and called and not heard anything back. They full payment had been taken for work that has not been done. I called and sent a message to Richard and have heard nothing back. I have now been sitting at home all afternoon waiting for someone to arrive and I have heard nothing back this is so disappointing


Staff should have full access to the worksheet so that they can come prepared for the job at hand it is a waste of time for both myself and then to have to wait for something that should have been done yesterday.

Richard was somewhat aloof.
The guy he sent was excellent. Very happy with the work carried out.
