Richard conducted an excellent inspection! He was punctual and friendly. After the inspection we had a thorough conversation about the vehicle where he explained everything he had found, positive or negative. Extremely happy with the work undertaken.

Didn't turn up on the Friday when booked. Then turned up an hour early when rearranged. Advised me my front and rear brake pads need replacing, however the front pads were replaced last year and there's still just under 9mm left. When I said they were only replaced last year he was adamant they need doing again, even though I do less than 6,000 miles a year. He then quoted me nearly £250 for the work which is ridiculous. When I got in my car the next day to go to work, the handbrake was down and my lights had been left on. My car is on a sloped drive, thankfully I had parked far enough back that my car didn't then roll forward! I can guarantee I will never use Click Mechanic again.

I ordered a premium pre-purchase inspection which I had arranged with a garage. The garage asked for Richards number to change the inspection time. This wasn't a problem and the work was completed before the scheduled time.
