Correctly diagnosed the problem and the part has been ordered so now just waiting for someone to come and do the work. Hopefully this will go as well as the first visit

Nice guy but 6 hours late and I was not kept informed, there was oil leaking on my drive for a week and the oil didn't get changed, filter did but not the oil.
This was meant to be a Major service but was just a Major rip off courtesy of ClickMechanic who didn't seem to care either.

They did a fantastic job, really friendly and would recommend for anyone. Work was finished well and things were left in a tidy manner too.

Mechanic was friendly, but late and they could not finish the job, one brake hose left to replace, asked me to buy another part to do it, the next Saturday arrived, with the new part and a different guy who turned up nearly at 1pm instead of 10 and he said he cannot do it neither, was told the previous guy who knows how to do it will come next Saturday to replace the left brake hose and no one turned up, was told at 12 after they finish another job they will come and nothing, no even reply to my sms or any comunication. Now I have been left with 3 new brake hoses and one old which said by my MOT garage brakes the braking efficiency of my car. No a profesional job at all. Read more

To be quite honest, I did not think he would be able to complete the work without some specialist tools, but true to his word he managed to complete the work required of him.
I have now finished the works I had to complete, put the key in, and she fired up first time.
The man deserves a hero's badge.

The mechanic arrived early which was no problem. Unfortunately he did not have the correct tools so after mucking about for nearly 4 hours he had to return the following day. VERY unimpressed.

Billy did a great job on my old Focus, replacing the water pump and windscreen washer motor, I now have a good heater, and able to keep the windscreen clean, both jobs completed in a very professional and competent manner.

Richard was very helpful.
However quote for my car fault was too pricey too proceed with them.

Richard was extremely friendly, and did an excellent job, he also diagnosed the main problem, being the water pump ! so I have booked it in again to have it replaced.
