Billy did a good job in difficult circumstances & in rotten weather. He got me back on the road for my holiday and I am extremely grateful for that. My usual garage was closed through until 2nd January so I would have probably not got the car sorted in time otherwise. Well done Billy, much appreciated.

Only got a diagnostic which I already had from 2 previous mechanics.
No work carried out.

Richard was excellent. Kept me informed of when part was available and fitted it with no fuss even though he had to crawl around on a muddy floor to do it. Also very knowledgeable about the car in general. A+

Richard delegated the work to someone else. Had to call Richard when they failed to show. Eventually arrived 1 hour late. Work took longer than anticipated and so completed job in the dark. Friendly couple of guys who knew what they were doing, but concerned that next morning I found a bolt under the vehicle!

The mechanic did the job, which was very difficult and took him a long time due to the compexity. However it was a different person who turned up and not Richard.
Richard appeared on the 2nd day to join the first person when a different part had to be fitted as well.
I thought it was Richard on the first day but found out it wasn't him.

Very punctual. Arrived early. Knowledgeable and local. Would definately recommend and would hope to have him again when having further work done.
