Richard called prior to arrival confirming the work with an ETA. Richard did not attend personally and sent 2 of his mechanics who were friendly and professional. Very pleased with their work and will certainly recommend and use again.

The only criticism I have is with ClickMechanic where unlike similar companies (Trust a Trader) I am unable to read any reviews from previous work on your website. I was sent this by email after my request. Your staff did indicate this is being worked on and will be attributed to your website.

Great communication, completed the job quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend and use again.

The part that i got seemed cheap and flimsy. They fitted it with no problems but i found a different issue which appeared after they had left. They were prompt in coming back to take a look and managed to fix it for me. However they left bits of damage on the interior trim where they had just chiseled at the inner door panels to remove them using screwdrivers. All in all, a mixed bag - they were friendly enough and i liked their attitude - but everything else i wasn't impressed with (the parts used, the attention to detail)

Friendly and quick, 2 guys come out so the service didn't take very long at all.
