Stuart came on the day I booked for but was late in arriving by nearly an hour after the time slot he said he was stuck on the M25 but I didn't hear from him at all. I had to keep phoning back ClickMechanic to find out what the problem was and I felt like I was being fobbed off each time with he's on his way. ClickMechanic apologised for the lack of communication. I even rang the mobile number and left a message for the mechanic but I never heard back with an apology or to let me know he was going to he late. When the guy did turn up he was apologetic for the lateness and he said he rang ClickMechanic to let them know he was stuck in traffic and to let me know but I was only told after the 4th time I called them that he was still on his way but no reason was given. I can't say what the workmanship was like because I only got a diagnosis but I was happy with the guy's advice which was to take it back to the dealership that did my seBrice and MOT. Read more

Service was carried as expected. Slight administrative error as the MOT had been booked in for the wrong day but overall happy with the service.

Richard and his team were very fast. Clutch change done on a Saturday evening to dig me out of a hole.

Stuart was fantastic. I was in the back garden so I didn't hear him knock. He went right ahead and fixed the issue before calling me to tell me it was done. Punctual, efficient and a total pro. Cannot recommend enough.
