Mechanic was great, got the work done very fast. Was late to the appointment due to a delay with his previous job - guess that is a risk with any mechanic from ClickMechanic if you're not first job of the day. He did call me as soon as he knew he would be running late though. And very polite and professional. Thank you.

Richard carried out the work at my workplace as arranged. He phoned before arriving and was waiting for me. Without any fuss he took the keys and I left him to it. As stated the work was done in just over an hour. He brought the keys back to me and a little while later I drove the car home. Everything ok and work carried out with absolutely no incontinence to myself. 100% happy.
