2 mechanics turned up so they were complete really quick.

They gave me a complete run down of bits they picked up and had go knowledge when questions asked.

I believed that Richard was booked although he didn’t confirm this when he turned up.I was booked in to have my alternator belt replaced, Richard? told me that a new pulley was needed as well as the new belt and gave no indication of cost.He said that he would fit the belt with the pulley after he had arranged a quote. He later sent a quote for just under a £1000 for work that wasn’t discussed! (And my card had been charged for the new belt without the work being carried out!)When I contacted him to query this his only answer was‘yes mate’ and he never replied after that, I spoke to the main office and they had said I had been charged for the ‘consultation’.
