Very friendly and knowledgable chap. Quite happy to talk me through what he was doing and answer questions. Very happy with the work he's done.
My time slot was 10:00-12:00, and I got a call at 11:00 to say he was running late. He eventually arrived at about 14:40. I'm perfectly fine with this, as I was in all day anyway and I at least got the call to say he would be later than anticipated, but it's worth bearing in mind.

Colin was very good. On time and very professional. Attended the house took the key did the work and off he went no hassle no issue
