Had a Service and MOT. Car was collected and returned within the given timeline to me. Reliable company, would use again.

I was emailed to expect Zak, but never met him. The mechanic that came was knowledgeable and capable but brought the wrong parts. Arranged another visit, one part was now correct, second part wrong again. Third visit arranged, and after prompting on the day, I was told I would be the last job of the day, with no clue as to when that would be, eventually came around 5.30pm. Work was eventually done and a potential issue with something else was sorted so I'm grateful for that at least. Generally a poor experience that I will not be repeating.

Zak sent Colin, which was fine. Colin was very helpful and it was very clear that he knew what he was doing, so that was reassuring.
The work was carried out professionally and I was talked through any issues and assured the job would be completed on the day. Recommended.
