Zak was great. There was a delay in obtaining the part I needed but I was kept in the loop and we rearranged another time for the work to be carried out.

I don't know my mechanics name because he wasn't the original mechanic booked for me. However he was very knowledgeable and professional. He worked magic on fitting a new timing belt kit and water pump and got my engine running again, which could easily have been quite the reversal. I'm an engineer myself and I found all his working technics to be a high quality professional methods.
