Two guys turned up on behalf of Zak and got on with it. Couldnt be happier with the service and the work the lads carried out. Honest and genuine. Will be asking for the same mechanics next time!

My car displayed a dashboard warning light and failed its MOT. I found ClickMechanic online and contacted them. I chose a diagnostic test, selected the best time and paid. It was all so easy. Next day Zak arrived completed the test and explained the problem. He didnt push for the work so I asked him to order the part and booked him again to complete the work. He arrived next day and fitted the part. The car passed its MOT. Couldnt be happier.

So far so good. New clutch working well, hopefully will continue to do so for another 100,000 miles like the original.

Vehicle is making noises that were not there previously- some of which I can understand, others as yet unexplained and that is the only reason I have not given maximum rating.
Having said that the mechanic has not had an opportunity to talk to me about this yet and could be normal given the work that was undertaken

It is not agreed to me to pay additional charges to be incurred for vehicle repair. It’s unfair to charge me extra because of the following

you aware about the vehicle age
Your quotation is unprofessional as it does not consider the contingency cost
Your online quotation is unrealistic and not a trustworthy
Mechanic should have informed me about additional cost before carrying out the job.
