you aware about the vehicle age
Your quotation is unprofessional as it does not consider the contingency cost
Your online quotation is unrealistic and not a trustworthy
Mechanic should have informed me about additional cost before carrying out the job.

Changed slave cylinder on a BMW e30. Although I never met the mechanic he called me to say he ordered the part and will be over later than scheduled. I had only booked the afternoon before on a Sunday, so, service is prompt and communication is great from the whole team. Will definitely use him again.
