Hello Sir,
Your review is completely unjustified and defamatory.
You instructed us to supply and fit a brake fluid reservoir bottle, and that is precisely what we did.
You misdiagnosed the fault and confirmed it with your mechanic friend who also misdiagnosed it.
You did not disclose that your brakes were inoperative, or any other information.
At no point were we asked to discover the problem or to carry out any other work.
After we installed the fluid reservoir we tested the brakes and found them to be dangerous and inoperative, requiring bleeding [which we were never instructed to do] and then a diagnosis could be carried out.
We made you aware of the danger and warned you not to use the vehicle.
We offered to carry out the bleeding and diagnosis but you declined.
Might I suggest that when you take the car elsewhere to be fixed that you tell them about the problem and then allow them to diagnose the fault as otherwise I fear you will be further disappointed.

Zac has been excellent in keeping me informed of any problems that have arised from trying to fix my car. At present we are waiting for the correct part to be delivered from overseas. This is an unforeseen circumstance and NOT the fault of Zacs. I'm very happy with the way he has applied himself in this situation and been more than fair with me. Cannot wait till my car is fully working and back on the road. Keep up the good work. 😁

Collin was efficient and thorough. Explained and advised thoroughly what was wrong with the vehicle and hiw to correct. Would definitely use service again Also reasonably priced to say having someone come to your house. A garage would have charged more.
