God awful! Took three days longer and cost £400 more than it would have done using my usual guy. Very disagreeable and refused to acknowledge his (many) mistakes. I will not be using him, or ClickMechanic again. Avoid like the plague!

You have charged me for a job that hasn't been done yet, I rescheduled the mechanic still called , I spoke to him and told him I had rescheduled, and now money has been taken out with out a job being. Disgusting service I want a refund.

I would highly recommend Tony. He called me days before the booking date because the quote was not accurate to check if, despite that, I still wanted to go ahead. On the day, he did a meticulous check on my car and - as it is my first car - gave me precious advice on how to look after it .

Did a great quick job but i'm a bit disappointed because i selected for the mechanic to come between 8:30am and 10:30am and technically he came between that time but barely because he arrived at 10:28am
