Mechanic was very helpful and methodical in this pre purchase inspection. Fault finding proved most useful. Although I was aware of some of the problems, the mechanic's report has highlighted more detail. Following further enquires of Landrover specialists, the full extent of the potential remedial work has made me reconsider the purchase price being asked.
I think your service might have saved me a considerable sum of money, as I will now offer less for the vehicle or not purchase it at all.

Very pleased with this service!

Anthony was very friendly when he called at my home to take me to my stricken vehicle. On the way he informed me that he may have to call a friend who knew more about the BMW transmission problem I had. His diagnostic tool worked but he couldn't interpret the printout and had to call his friend. His friend could not be reached so after a test drive he had to leave, telling me he would call me back once he had gotten advice, the fee was taken before he called me back (I never received the call). When I complained to Click M they said it was nothing to do with them and referred me to the mechanic The matter could not be resolved.

I complained to my credit card company who investigated and returned my funds in full.
