Volvo XC90 Alternator drive/serpentine belt replacement

Bad. Asked for Auxiliary belt replacment as per your website. Did it that way. Mechanic came and charged me for diagnostics. !!! Then advised me guide pulley is missing? I was shocked that how come pulley just disappear? anyways i think he is having a different vehicle in mind.
He did not do his job and in return gave me a quote which is more than Volvo dealer. As a matter of fact Volvo said its just need belt to be replaced and no way a pulley can come out. the belt itself which is worned with timr and not just slipped.
Basically i ended up spending or say got ripped off on diagnostics which i knew it anyway from one of your mechanic.
Do i have to say anything more?
Rubbish service. Not recommendable and will not Clickmechanic again.

Antony come on time with his wife ! Didn't have a clue what to do his wife got out the van and Supervised him . He was useless I told him the car insurance brake down recovery told me was the black cable in fuse box . I payed £74 for the car to be repaird and £14 for the cable now when I ask him do you have the cable he said yes but it's to small? he didn't have the part . So then he said all I can do is give you a jump start . He didn't car less and his wife had just £ signs in her eyes . Thay just got in the van and said we be in touch and give you the diagnosis. Total cow boys his wife called me hour later said it's the alternator and £486 haha what a joke . That took the money from my account and refuse to pay it back .
