finished brake pads in 20 mins, I tested for balance myself which is fine but apparently your meant to clean old debris off when putting in new pads.

Had trouble finding the address but managed to get here well within the agreed timeslot and he was very good at keeping me up to date on his progress.

Immediately identified possible additional areas of concern associated with the fault he was there to fix and warned me of the possible implications before he started work so that I was able to make an informed decision on whether to continue.

Finished the work (changing rear brake discs and pads) quickly and (to my inexpert eye) well and briefed me on driving carefully to bed the new discs in before he left.

To top it off he and his wife (who accompanied him) seemed like genuinely nice people.
