Utterly useless, he was incapable of undertaking the job and did not come fully equipped. To add to the fact that he looked drunk and smelled of alcohol.
I totally regret trying out this service, and have just thrown away £50.40 for nothing!

wasted more than £200,eventually had to take the car to a garage to be repaired. Will not use them ever again!!!

It's waste of money, in ebay I can see throttle pedal from £20 onwards, but not expecting to repair at this exorbitant price, but it should be reasonable, especially after repair again if throttle body issue arises, it waste of another £400 for about to scrapped car. If mechanic turns car on leaving for 20 mins there is a chance of few more alarms, atleast he should have provided part details to check,I've wasted third time for same diags, very much disappointed.

The Mechanic had no radiator cap to fit Chyrsler but he had a very large rubber object about 6 inches tall, about2 inches round, he jambed this in rad neck, adjusted so it fit secure then started pumping pressure into this object, but he said it sometimes blows out, which it did & rad water spurted out all over the o/s wing over the bonnet and onto the windscreen and down driver's door, it was a good job that I had no antifreeze in the rad prior to visit I had filled the rad up with plain water, this did not worry him, if it had anti freeze in the rad you would have been looking at a big bill for the damage it could have done to the paint work, I cleaned it with fresh water with a body cleaning brush when I returned home& used a wet chamois leather on it. I donot call his actions professional, therefore NO I will not use your company again. I would not recommend your company. Read more

Anthony arrived just before the said time; introduced himself and carried out an inspection before commencing work. Had a MOT done - where I was told my front brakes and discs were worn and needed replacing. He showed the parts to me, explained everything and gave an honest assessment, suggesting I did not need the replacement now. Still, we went ahead with the job; he was quick, efficient and left instructions on how to ease the discs/pads into full functioning mode. I was really impressed with his work and will definitely consider using Click Mechanic again.
