Yes Thomas was great - he diagnosed there was a blockage to the windscreen washers rather than a problem with the motor so he cleared this and replaced the pump anyway due to its age

Mike had not communicated that the diagnostic or scan had not been done for the 3 series BMW I was thinking of purchasing. I had to further quiz him on the phone and ask why is this the case. As I paid for a premium check that clearly states that it has a scan included. And it was not done. He did not even leave a note to say this was not conducted.
