Phoned to let me know was on his way, arrived within timescale stated, polite and friendly, took the wheel off to change CV boot and then called me out as nothing wrong with it, took the other wheel off and they'd put the wrong side on the MOT the week before, very honest and completed the job quickly and efficiently

From the initial collection of the vehicle through to the inspection and communication over the phone, everything was handled with clarity and honesty. They didn’t pressure for unnecessary repairs and gave an accurate assessment of the issues. I felt respected and informed throughout the process.

The service was carried out perfectly i was shown pictures of the old oil filters and spark plugs which showed they needed replacing and job was not long so i was able to use the car right away
