UNFORTUNATLY ADRIAN WAS INVOLVED IN A ROAD ACCIDIENT AND HE WAS UNABLE TO COMPLETE THE REPAIR HE DID HOWEVER GET SOMEONE TO FINISH THE REPAIR AND WE GOT OUR CAR BACK ON THE SATURDAY WE FULLY UNDERSTAND IT WAS NOT HIS FAULT FOR THE DELAY BUT HE DID KEEP US UPDATED WE ARE HAPPY WITH YHE WORK

It was an easy process to make the booking online. Raul was brilliant, the communication ahead of the appointment was excellent (after I had made an error in the booking). He was personable, knowledgeable, able to answer any questions I had and gave good advice. You're lucky to have Raul on the team and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
