I would give Jonathan zero stars if I could seeing as I am still waiting for the work to be completed. I arranged a major service with Jonathan for Wednesday 22 September between 4-6pm and I am still waiting now. He phoned me on the day at 3.30pm to tell me he has the wrong part and couldn’t complete the job that day. He told me he would come the next day at the same time but I told him to cancel the job because I was going away for the weekend. He offered to come to my workplace at 12 and he would definitely have it done for 2.30pm when I finished work. 1pm that day he phoned me again saying he was running late and he would only get there for 2.30pm so I told him to leave it. He said he would do it the following week when I was back from my weekend away and would knock 20% off. He said he was available Tuesday Wednesday Thursday and Friday so I messaged him telling him Tuesday 4pm, I then never heard back from him for 3 days which he then said he is only free Wednesday and Friday so i asked for Wednesday and he said he can do Wednesday 4pm. It is now Wednesday and he hasn’t shown up again. After contacting him, he said he didn’t confirm it even though it was him who offered 4pm on the Wednesday.

Omar & his team at Queensway were absolutely fantastic….kept me updated with how the work was proceeding & went above & beyond to ensure I was able to travel safely to & from my place of work….would recommend them to anyone looking for prompt & first class service.

Kashif was very knowledgeable, he got in touch with me within minutes of driving my car away, picking up on a problem I hadn't even mentioned. Car passed its MOT, will definitely use again.

Yes to all the above only problem was thatafter a lot of head scratching he came to the conclusion what was really needed was a specialist electrics machanic able to search deeper to find the 4 main coded faults(Brakes ABS, Steering power sensor, ESP, Engine management light) as it may be buried within the ECU programming. He informed me he would advise you of theis to see if you can get such a person who can either do it on site or if not can collect back to their garage . Alan

John, Was on time, explained everything, agreed a plan if required if MoT failed. He found one fault before the MOT and rectified it. A very good service and will use them again. The vehicle was dropped off by another man who was very polite and helpful. Well done
