The mechanic has not done the work properly, and caused about £1000 worth of damage. Spark plugs are supposed to be screwed in finger tight. But he used a wrench and sheared the screw threads. Now the only way to remove them is take the engine apart and drill them out. I will not be using click mechanic again.

I've not used a collect and drop off service before but honestly it was the best car service experience I've ever had and certainly worth the little extra cash for peace of mind compared to the local grease monkey garage.

Tom did a brilliant job. Arrived exactly when he said he would, was super efficient and obviously knew his way around the vehicle from top to bottom.
