James/Jim was amazing- called me first before the pre-sales inspection just to keep me informed about when he was coming, then called the car owner to tell him informed when he was exactly arriving. The report was ready and in my inbox straight after his visit and he was then happy to chat with me about it- well after working hours. And the best- he found a technical fault with the alternator which would have cost me several hundreds of pounds to repair. This will now be paid by the seller. Many thanks for this!!! I am so glad I decided to arrange the pre-sales check-up. Money worth spent!

Haiden is an exceptional mechanic. He was punctual, had impeccable manners and was able to explain and advise on all issues related to my car. The fact that he comes to you was icing on the cake. I would certainly recommend Haiden whole heartedly to anyone considering him to fix your car.

This is the first time I used ClickMechanic and it will not be the last. A bit dubious about ordering this sort of thing online, but I found it to be very user friendly and easy to use. I had a problem with my brake line and not many garages would do the work for less than £1,000!! I e-mailed ClickMechanic to double check they could do the repair and had a reply back within hours with good news. They could carry out the repair for half the price and within days (3 weeks wait with another garage!!) I was assigned Daniel, who is incredibly friend, punctual and very knowledgeable and didn't batter an eyelid with the brake problem. Finding a good honest mechanic is hard these days, but I will definitely be using ClickMechanic and hopefully Daniel again. I will recommend this service to anyone who is not to confident with Mechanics and just want a smooth service.

Stuart had a professional and friendly approach. He completed the job as expected and made the extra effort to come earlier to benefit myself in my need to use the car after repairs. Followed the recommendations for torque on all the fittings as required (which not all mechanics do) and used quality parts. Would highly recommend.

He was very knowledgeable and honest. He rang half an hour beforehand which was a great help.
