Imran viewed the used car I was looking to purchase on my behalf as it was not located in my area. When assigned to the booking, he got in touch immediately to say hello and confirm the date and time he would arrive at the dealer. His pre-purchase inspection was thorough and he took many photos. Imran's experience shone as he talked through the photos over the phone and the clues they contained to the unsafe condition of the vehicle. Without this pre-inspection, I could have ended up with a car that could have put me and my passengers at fatal risk. To avoid a similar situation in the future, Imran went beyond and provided advice on what to look out for when shopping for used cars. Whilst I ended up spending money on an inspection of a car that I did not end up buying, I felt that I still gained a valuable lesson.

Brought him out in desperation just before Xmas for a particular job I'd diagnosed. He knew better and re diagnosed the issue. Was amenable and prepared to do the work I asked but advised against it for my benefit and filtered that back to clickmechanic. So decent guy interested in solving the actual problem that cost him money really. We all got home for Christmas so everyone's happy.

At first I was very happy with my pre-purchase inspection and I purchased the car the following day. However there are three very obvious items that were missed, which makes me very nervous that the rest of the report was inaccurate. 1. Cruise control: The controls for this are very clear, on the steering wheel & worked straight away for me. I don't understand how this was not seen / tested on the road test. 2. Air conditioning: whilst not labelled 'AC' I would argue that it was pretty clear that the dial turned to the blue was air conditioning as the air blown was very cool. 3. Headlight washer: Report says not fitted but they are very clearly some washer sprays under the headlights. Again, I don't understand how these were missed. Whilst I know these are only minor details it does put in to question how closely everything was actually looked at. I wanted peace of mind with this purchase and unfortunately I do not. The mechanic was very polite & hopefully these are just minor details overlooked but it's a shame that it's knocked my confidence in the car / Click mechanic.

Carlo the mechanic was terrific, ontime and polite. Carried out works to replace the heating matrix, a storm was battering down but Carlo was working hard fixing the car. Great workmanship! Would definitely use him again.

Vlad was amazing and efficiently carried out the work on my vehicle. He communicated with me in regards to when he would be arriving, times and dates and how this was done so super quickly.

Jonathan was fantastic! He arrived when he said he would. Found the part that was needed to fix the car after a few calls. Managed to arrange for its collection and then came back the same day to fit the part and fix the car. As a drving instructor being off the road is an hourly loss of income for me. He massively saved the day! What an absolute legend! Thank you Jonathan 😊
