Shaun was really helpful, informative and friendly. He had a few difficulties connecting to my car (it was my connection) but I was very impressed with his professional efforts to gain access. Once he did he was able to point me in the direction for a remedy.

Azhar was extremely professional from the very first contact. He arrived well within the time scale given and was polite and friendly. He quickly identified the issue with my car and what was needed to repair it. I was very impressed with how nothing seemed too much trouble for him. Not only did he quickly source the part I needed, he went well out of his way to go and personally collect the part for me. He kept me fully informed of the progress. He then returned to my house and completed the repair. I was desperate to get my car fixed as soon as possible and Azhar and his staff made sure this happened. I would highly recommend Azhar and his team to anyone who needed a vehicle repairing in a very professional, polite and quick manner.

Alexander was very professional and clinical in his assessment of our car's problems .Even without the electronic gizmo's he focused on the car's problem and was efficient in tracking the problem.Now that we know what is wrong he has set us up for the problems to be fixed,just excellent diagnostic analysis.

Paulo was great, identified the problem and gave helpful advice, it was a immobiliser problem and also a dead battery. He was able to get the car running and advised to advised to take the car out to build up the charge a little, unfortunately I didn’t do this for a few hours and the battery died but Paulo was able to attend again to jump pack the car for us in order to take his advice immediately. I will be changing the battery asap. Many thanks for great assistance!!

Andrew was on time and did the job as expected, supplier gave him wrong pads, but he went off swapped them over and fitted them with no questions asked i would use and recommend again. Thanks a lot.
