Ben was great. Did turn up late but that was due to overrunning previous job. He quickly checked diagnosis of issue, was able to replace the part and diagnosed and fixed an additional issue as well. Made sure I checked the repair before he left. Was really knowledgeable and friendly. I would trust him to fix my parents car - no higher praise than that!

Stephen called in advance to let me know of his arrival time. He was very friendly and explained things in a down to earth logical way. After the repairs were done, Stephen then spent some time going through other concerns that I had and checking all was ok. 10/10 call out.

To add to my comments yesterday, I now find that it appears that my car was used for purposes other than getting it to and fro for the M.O.T. I found a receipt for takeaway food in the foot well, and it definitely was not mine. I have never been to Yeovil, and do not eat burgers. Can you explain this.
