Absolute waste off time,paid £280 for a proper job,but he done it the easy way which if I wanted that it would off been about £200 cheaper,
When I complained about it as my engine light came back on,didn't resolve it,the mercanic didn't want to talk to me and passed it back to click mechanic,then they didn't want to help out at all,,I wouldn't ever use these again,and I'll make sure everyone I know don't use these,.

Hi Michael,
Sorry to hear that your not happy with the work carried out and that your engine light is back on however if you read the description on click mechanics website regarding a dpf physical clean and regeneration i think you will find that we carried out the work as per job description.
At the time of carrying out the work the soot content of the filter came down and the engine light went out so theres not much more we could have done at the time.
A dpf clean and regen is never guaranteed and could las a week a month even a year but considering the mileage of your vehicle it wasnt going to last forever.
As far as the complaint situation i responded to every single message up until you started using foul language at that point i seeked advice from click mechanic and they said to leave it and they will liase with you.
I get your frustration that the light didnt stay out for long but as i said its always a gamble as to how long it lasts and unfortunately in this case not that long but like i said theres no guarantee with it and the work we done was carried out as per clickmechanics guideline so either the filter is now fully unserviceable or there is another problem stopping the vehicle from regenerating but again at the time of working on the vehicle it was fine.

Ref 5518187054. I had electrical fault lights coming up on my car and the engine was not running properly. Mark attended to run a diagnostic check on the car and explained everything. He also checked over the engine and found the oil cap loose which was causing poor engine performance. Mark was polite and arrived punctual for my appointed time slot. This is the first time I have used Clic mechanics and was impressed with the service as they were able to get my car back on the road same day. Miss Read

Mark was very polite and friendly. He came to my home to fit rear break pads on my car. He came within the time scale I requested. Excellent job completed. He then tested the breaks by driving around the block. Every thing was clean and tidy. Will recommend for sure. Well worth 5 stars. Thanks.
